I JUST PLACED AN ORDER — WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 24 hours for order processing before your order is dispatched. This time is used to prepare, quality-check, and package your items before shipment.

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing:

  • United States: 2-7 business days

  • International orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed.

Orders are fulfilled by international suppliers and shipped directly to customers.

There may be circumstances beyond our control (such as customs delays, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier disruptions) that can affect delivery times. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur. Delivery timing is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line “CANCEL” as soon as possible.

 

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct details. Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We carefully package all orders to minimize damage during transit. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
